What is YeyePro?

YeyePro is an all-in-one business management platform designed specifically for African startups and SMEs. It provides invoicing, inventory management, bookkeeping, CRM, sales tracking, and analytics to help you manage and grow your business efficiently.

YeyePro is ideal for startups, micro and small enterprises, retail shops, food vendors, restaurants, service providers, online sellers, traders, and any business owner looking for an affordable, easy-to-use management solution. It's designed for mobile-first, cost-sensitive users with limited accounting knowledge.

How do I get started with YeyePro?

Simply sign up with your email or Google account, choose a subscription plan that fits your needs, set up your business profile, and start using the platform. You can create your first invoice, add products to inventory, or record a sale within minutes.

Do I need accounting knowledge to use YeyePro?

No! YeyePro is designed for business owners with limited accounting knowledge. The platform uses simple, clear language and intuitive interfaces to help you manage your finances, track sales, and generate reports without needing formal accounting training.

Pricing & Subscriptions

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three subscription plans: Basic (₵299/month for 1 business), Standard (₵599/month for up to 3 businesses), and Premium (₵999/month for up to 10 businesses). All plans include access to all features - the only difference is the number of businesses you can create.

Can I use YeyePro for free?

We offer a free tier for users who have been invited to join a business as team members. However, to create and manage your own business, you'll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.

What features are included in all plans?

All paid plans include: invoicing & receipts, sales tracking, full inventory management, bookkeeping, CRM, tax reports, monthly reports, multi-branch support, advanced analytics, staff management, and priority support. The only limitation is the number of businesses you can create.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and card payments. Payment options may vary by region.

Features & Functionality

Can I create invoices and receipts?

Yes! You can create professional, branded invoices and receipts with auto-numbering, multi-currency support, VAT/tax calculations, and share them via PDF, WhatsApp, or email directly from the platform.

Does YeyePro support multiple currencies?

Yes, YeyePro supports multiple African currencies including Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), Nigerian Naira (NGN), Kenyan Shilling (KES), South African Rand (ZAR), and many more, plus international currencies like USD and EUR.

Can I manage inventory with YeyePro?

Absolutely! You can track stock in and out, set low-stock alerts, link products to suppliers, track batches and expiry dates, and get real-time insights into your inventory levels.

Does YeyePro have bookkeeping features?

Yes, all paid plans include bookkeeping features. You can record income and expenses, generate ledgers, view profit & loss statements, and track cash flow - all in simple, easy-to-understand formats.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes, all paid plans support multi-branch management. You can create and manage multiple locations for your business, track sales and inventory per branch, and get consolidated reports.

Can I add team members or staff?

Yes! All paid plans include staff management. You can invite team members, assign roles (Manager, Cashier, Accountant, Inventory Manager), and control what each person can access and edit.

Does YeyePro work offline?

Yes, YeyePro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that supports offline mode. You can capture sales and access key features even without internet, and data will sync automatically when you're back online.

Data & Security

Is my data safe with YeyePro?

Yes! Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption through Google Cloud Platform/Firebase. We implement strict security measures to protect your business information from unauthorized access.

Who can see my business data?

Only you and the team members you invite can access your business data. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. You have full control over who can view and edit your information.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your data at any time. Generate reports in CSV or PDF format for invoices, sales records, inventory, customer lists, and financial statements.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to reactivate or export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized as per our privacy policy.

Account & Support

How do I reset my password?

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Can I use the same account for multiple businesses?

Yes! Depending on your subscription plan, you can create and manage multiple businesses from a single account. The Basic plan allows 1 business, Standard allows 3, and Premium allows up to 10 businesses.

How do I contact support?

You can reach our support team via email at support@yeyepro.com. All paid plan subscribers have access to priority support with faster response times.

Is there a mobile app?

YeyePro is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works seamlessly on mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience on both Android and iOS devices without downloading from an app store.

What languages does YeyePro support?

Currently, YeyePro is available in English and French. We're working on adding more African languages to make the platform accessible to more users across the continent.
